Linking learning activities to pages in Smart Help

Learning administrators can link learning activities to Smart Help topics.

Organizations can use this relationship to offer users online help that supports each learning activity, so users have immediate access to instructions and other guidance. This is especially useful for organizations that have best practices or specialized procedures and processes that are unique to them.

Additional Learning Activities can be linked by clicking the paper clip icon. Activities can be unlinked by clicking the trash can icon.

  1. As a user with rights to link learning activities in Smart Help, navigate to a page that you would like to link.
  2. Click the help icon to open the Smart Help panel.
  3. Expand the Learning Activities channel.
  4. Click the paper clip icon to view the Learning Activity list. The list shows learning activities that are enabled for Smart Help but that have not yet been linked to a Smart Help page.
  5. Select one or more activities and click Upload.
