Smart Help and online activities
Infor's context-sensitive, online help, called Smart Help, can be linked to learning activities pages. Organizations can use this relationship to offer users online help that supports each learning activity, so users have immediate access to instructions and other guidance. This is especially useful for organizations that have best practices or specialized procedures and processes that are unique to them.
Configuration requires these components:
- The addition of the Smart Help channel
- The enablement of users to add learning activities
When configuration is complete, learning administrators with special permissions can specify learning activities that can be linked to Smart Help pages so that other learning administrators can then link them.
