Enrollment statuses

This table describes the various statuses of enrollment:

Status	Description
Draft	Enrollment has been created but not started.
Started	Enrollment has been started but not submitted.
Submitted	Individual has submitted their enrollment.
Submit Pending	Individual has submitted their enrollment but has made further changes. These changes have not been submitted by the individual and therefore will not be applied.
Finalized	Enrollment is finalized. Only enrollments that have been submitted by the individual can be finalized. Individuals cannot make election changes to finalized enrollments.
Inactivate	Individual is no longer eligible to enroll in benefits.
