Defining prerequisites for benefit plans

  1. Select Benefits > Plans > Benefit Plans.
  2. Select the benefit plan.
  3. Click the Prerequisites tab.
  4. Click Create on the Prerequisites section.
  5. Specify this information:
    Prerequisite Plan
    Select a prerequisite plan for the selected benefit plan.
    Coverage Option
    Specify the coverage option for the benefit plan if the plan has a coverage option.
    If the plan has no coverage options as a prerequisite, then the Coverage Option field is not displayed.
  6. Click Save.
