COBRA participants
A COBRA participant loses regular benefits after experiencing an event that is qualified to a COBRA occurrence.
These are the examples of COBRA participants:

         - An employee who is terminated
 - An employee whose work hours is reduced
 - A spouse whose coverage is lost due to divorce
 - A dependent whose age is out of benefit eligibility

You can create a COBRA participant in several ways:
- Create manually
 - Create from an employee's dependent

For example, a spouse who is getting a divorce or a dependent losing a coverage due to age.
 - Create from the Termination action for an employee,

The COBRA participant is created along with the occurrence and enrollment records.
 - Creating from the Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD) to upload COBRA participant data from a spreadsheet

This is required when there is no existing employee record for a COBRA participant.
