These are the ways in which Absence Management interacts with other HR Talent applications:

• Uses the HR Talent organization, resource, work assignment, payment schedule and pay code setup
• Uses Employee and Manager Space
• Shares information with the Benefits application for vacation buy sell plans
• Links time off requests to HR Talent time records and absence service records
• Creates absence service records from imported time records or approved time records from time entry
