Requirements for using the ActorOrgUnitAbsenceAdmin_ST role

These tasks must be performed to use the ActorOrgUnitAbsenceAdmin_ST role.

• The ActorOrgUnitEmployee_STActorOrgUnitAbsenceAdmin_ST and roles must be assigned to the actor in User Management on the Security Roles tab.

• The actor must be assigned to an organization unit. Select HR Administration > Administration > Setup > Actor Organization Unit or select Administrator > Set Up > Actor Organization Unit > Actor Org Unit Levels Setup.

• Verify the Process Monitor mode. If the Process Monitor Mode field is set to By Payment Schedule, we recommend changing it to By HR Organization Unit to simplify tracking when the process has completed.
