Requirements for using the ActorOrgUnitAbsenceAdmin_ST role

You must perform these tasks to use the ActorOrgUnitAbsenceAdmin_ST role:

• The ActorOrgUnitEmployee_STActorOrgUnitAbsenceAdmin_ST and you must assign roles to the actor in User Management on the Security Roles tab.
• Assign an actor to an organization unit. Select HR Administration > Administration > Setup > Actor Organization Unit or select Administrator > Set Up > Actor Organization Unit > Actor Org Unit Levels Setup.

• Verify the Process Monitor mode. If the Process Monitor Mode field is set to By Payment Schedule, we recommend changing it to By HR Organization Unit to simplify tracking when the process has completed.
