Qualification Fit Group Indicates the qualification fit group for an employee. Values: 1-25, 26-50, 51-75, 76-100.
Last Calculated Date Last calculated date of employee qualification Fit record.
Percent Fit Calculated Indicates if an employee's qualification fit record is qualified. Values: Qualified or Not Qualified. Qualified = Qualification Fit > 0 and Qualification Gap <> 100. Not Qualified = Qualification Fit = 0 and Qualification Gap = 100.
