Promotion and rating relation
Promotion is considering the most recent appraisal completion date done to the employee work assignment prior to effective date of the promotion.
Employee Appraisal is done at work assignment level. If the employee appraisal completion date is less than the promotion date, then the rating of that employee appraisal is considered for promotion.
