Hide Date A program when assigned to a candidate/resource, it will be hidden from the assignee until this date.
Program Assigned Date Assignment date of the program to a candidate or resource.
Program Completion Date Program Completion Date.
Program Due Date Date for the program to be completed
Program Key Unique identifier for the program.
Program Name Description of the program.
Program Status Status of the transition program, based on the program's tasks.
Resource Transition Identifier for the program assigned to a candidate or resource.
Resource Transition Key Unique identifier for the program assigned to a candidate or resource.
Transition Program Name of the program. Programs consist of transition tasks that are assigned to and performed by candidates, resources, or administrators.
Type Indicates the categorization for the program. Values: Resource or Candidate.
Assigned To Employee ID of the resource to which the task is assigned.
Assigned To Name Name of the resource/candidate to which the task is assigned.
Audience Indicates the audience for the assigned task. Values: Administrator, Resource or Candidate.
Candidate Assign To Role Identifies which role is assigned the task. For example, candidate administrative task is assigned to hiring manager.
Completed By Unique identifier for the resource or candidate who completed the task.
Completed By Name Name of the resource or candidate who completed the task.
Is Acknowledged Indicates whether the task has been acknowledged. Values: True = Acknowledged and False = Not Acknowledged.
Prerequisite Task Description Description of the prerequisite task.
Prerequisite Task Key Unique identifier for prerequisite task.
Prerequisite Task Name The name of a task that is required to be completed, before the task marked “waiting on dependency” can be started.
Resource Assign To Role Role to which the task is assigned. For example, resource task is assigned to supervisor manager.
Resource Transition Task Resource transition ID created when a task is assigned to a candidate or resource.
Resource Transition Task Key Unique identifier of the record of an assigned task to a specific candidate or resource.
Task Description Description of the transition task assigned to candidates or resources.
Task Display Order Display order of the tasks within a program.
Task Status Status of the task. Values: Pending, Waiting on Dependency, Unassigned, Assigned, Cancelled, Complete.
Task Type Indicates the type of task assigned to candidate or resource. Values: Form, Instructions, Content.
Transition Form The name of a form, associated with a task, that is required to be completed. For example, the new hire completes the Emergency Contact form, and the information gathered there is saved to the system.
Transition Task Name of the transition task. Transition tasks are the actual activities that must be performed as part of the transition process.
Transition Task Group Name of the custom group created to assign administrative tasks.
Transition Task Key Unique identifier for transition tasks. Value: HR Organization/Transition Task.
Acknowledgement Date The date that the content was reviewed or that a specific agreement was accepted.
At Risk Date Date at which the task will be determined to be at risk, if not completed.
Due Date Expected date of completion defined for the task.
Task Assigned Date Date when the task is assigned to the candidate or resource. Task created date is considered as task assigned date.
Task Completion Date Date when the task is completed.
