Competency Gap Competency gap percentage of the employee. Top employees by competency gap percentage for current period. (Sum of number of Competencies where gap status is below or exceed / total count of employee competencies) x 100.
Competency Fit Competency fit percentage of the employee. (Sum of number of competencies with gap = match or match equivalent / total count of employee competencies) x 100
Average Competency Fit Average competency fit across the employees. (Sum of competencies of employees with gap status = match / total count of employee's competencies) x 100 where competency fit > 0 and competency gap <> 100.
