Prerequisites

These are the prerequisites that must be met before performing an upgrade:

• Latest version of SMD spaces must be provisioned in the customer’s tenant environment
• Older version of STC or ATC spaces must be available in the customer’s tenant environment
• Initial setup of IPA was completed in the tenant. See Set up IPA for HRT Analytics
• Any scheduled Birst orchestration must be turned off
• Any scheduled replication sets must be turned off'
• User should resync security roles in Infor OS Portal and ensure that the Birst-SystemAdmin role is assigned
• All scheduled replication sets must be turned off
• Any incomplete previous upgrade process must be deleted:
  1. In Integration Architect > Analytics Console > Analytics Upgrade, select the upgrade type.

     If Integration Architect is not visible, go to System Administrator > Integrations > Analytics > Upgrade.

  2. A message is displayed if there is an ongoing upgrade process.
  3. Click Show History. Right-click the record and click Delete.
