HR Promote, HR Add Work Assignment, HR Change Pay Rate, HR Terminate, TA Define Offer, TA Promote, and TA Add Assignment page improvements

Fields have been grouped into separate tabs on the HR Promote, HR Add Work Assignment, HR Change Pay Rate, HR Terminate, TA Define Offer, TA Promote, and TA Add Assignment action requests. The fonts for headers and sub-headers have been increased and made bold to emphasize the grouping. Red asterisks have been added to identify required field. Related fields have been placed together to reduce white space on the forms.

New report for Counts by Employee Status

A report for Counts by Employee Status is now available in Administrator > Reports > Operational Reporting > Counts by Employee. The employee's relationship to organization, relationship status, relationship status headcount, and total count of employees for each status is displayed on the report. Administrators can view all the associated employees in the Total column.

Waiting period for Step and Grade report

Waiting period is added to all Step and Grade reports to calculate how long a resource must wait before they can proceed to the next step. Administrators can set up a waiting period in Compensation > Setup > Step and Grade Schedules > Rate Progressions Rules > Waiting Period.

Before the employee proceed to the next step, fields and relations are created to get the amount of time or period base on the configuration of step and grade of the employee.
