Adjust the job search list

The job search list within the Candidate Experience now uses the simple list pattern making it more user friendly. You can now search on these fields:
  • Job Title
  • Job ID
  • Category
  • Work type
  • Location
  • Posted

Email delay scheduling

The Delay Email functionality is now available when sending emails when performing these tasks:
  • Attaching a candidate to a requisition
  • Sending email through the Job List's Send Email action
  • Sending email from the Create Job Requisition email action
  • Importing candidate correspondence

To enable email delay, log in as an administrator and select Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Organization Configuration. Select an organization and click the Open icon. On the Candidate Experience section of the Features tab, select Enable Delayed Email Notification.

Address Look-up

Address look-up is an auto-complete feature; based on the text you input, you are presented with a list of address suggestions. You can use the new address look-up to find and edit addresses throughout Talent Management. To use this functionality, you must enable this enhancement. Select Integration Architect > Integration Maintenance > Dashboard and select Address Lookup.

Visual workflow

Visual Workflow was added for job requisition, offer, and hire-type actions. This gives recruiters, recruiter administrators, and hiring managers full visibility into where a job requisition, offer or hire-type action is in the approval process. For example, where the request is, who it is waiting on, and how many people are yet to approve.
