2023 Federal Form W-4 update
The US Federal Government released the 2023 Form W-4 Employee's Withholding Certificate. Customers using the form transition task type with the Form W-4 are impacted.
The 2023 Form W-4 pdfs are published in Infor HR Talent documentation on Infor Documentation Central. To view the pdfs, sign in as an administrator and go to .
The is automatically uploaded into the W-4 Transition Document Template page in the 2023.02 release. Customers using the 2023 Form W-4_Spanish pdf must manually upload it to the Spanish W-4 Document Template page as described in the Transition Management Configuration guide.
Whether you manually uploaded the 2023 W-4 form or waited for the automatic upload in this release, you may have employees who have a 2022 document on their employee record. For example, they might have completed the electronic form before the availability of the 2023 pdf. Perform the data maintenance action “Regenerate W-4 PDF Documents” to regenerate and replace all employee Form W-4 documents completed in 2023.
