Directory

The Directory is a list of all employees in the Case Management system with links to their profiles. Agents can identify an employee who calls, faxes or sends an email. The initial view of the Directory shows summaries of employee profiles. Users can click an employee name in the list to see the associated profile summary. This summary includes information about the employee's case information and links to individual cases. It includes links to employee notes.

Users who require more detail can click a link in the profile summary to view the full employee profile. See Profile.
