Adding a case note to a case from the case form
- Access the case.
- Click Notes and Attachments.
- Click Add.
- Specify this information:
- Show To Employee
- To make the case note available to the employee, select Yes.
- Note
- Specify the content of the case note.
- Make Resolution
- If the purpose of the case note is to describe the resolution and you want to close the case, then select Yes.
- Click Submit.
