Enabling Case Management self-service modules

Case Management must be enabled.
Self-service modules offer employees and managers direct access to the service center:
  • Employee Ask: Employees use this module to create cases and monitor their progress.
  • Manager Ask: Managers use this module to create cases and to monitor cases that pertain to their direct reports.
  1. Select Setup > Structure > Organizations.
  2. Double-click an organization.
  3. Click Configuration.
  4. In the Case Management section, select one or more of Enable Employee Ask Menu and Enable Manager Ask Menu.
  5. Click Save.
