Survey configuration
The survey is used to solicit feedback from employees whose cases have just been
closed. Surveys can be enabled for one or more of the self-service modules: Employee Ask,
Manager Ask, and Field Representative Ask. When surveys are enabled for a self-service module,
configuration administrators can create surveys and attach them to one or more topics. A topic
does not require a survey. The survey form includes these instruments:

- Survey Question
- Comment Box
