Quick cases

A quick case is a case form that includes predefined values in some of the fields. Quick cases can save the service center users time when creating a case. If one or more quick cases have been configured for the population, then the quick cases are available the service center users when they create cases. The service center users can choose a quick case from the list on the case form. The service center user can then edit and complete the form. If quick cases have not been configured for the population, then the quick cases list is not shown on the form.

If quick cases have not been configured for the selected population, the Quick Case menu list is not shown on the case form. In addition to the settings that are described here, you can configure fields for quick cases.
