Retrying errors

Administrators can retry individual errors or collective errors.

  1. Select System Administration > Documents > Errors > View All > View Errors.
  2. Specify any of the filters to search for an error.

    For example, select Process as Move From IDM. If this check box is selected, then all errors with Process Move From IDM status are displayed.

  3. Click Search.
  4. On the filtered errors list, click Retry to retry the selected error record. If the retry is successful, then the error record is removed from the list.
  5. To retry multiple error records using a background action, click the Process Errors tab and click Process Errors.
  6. Specify this information:
    Start Time
    Specify the time that the first error to retry occurred.
    End Time
    Specify the time that the last error to retry occurred.
    Specify Document Sources
    Optionally, select the check box to process errors from specific sources.
  7. Click Submit to process errors, or click Schedule to specify a time that the errors are processed.
