Document Administrator role
The document administrator role is a special security role that applies only to IDM Private Space. Users with this role can manage attached documents in IDM Private Space and HR Talent. Users have access to all documents in IDM Private Space, document administrator home page, document sources, log, and error report. The document administrator has security access to search all documents that are specified in the HR Talent IDM private space and view the resulting documents.
In addition to being administrators with the Admin_ST role, document administrators are also assigned the DocumentAdmin_ST role, which enables access to the Document Administrator web app or the Documents page of the System Administration web app.
