Document Source Categories page

To access this page from the Document Administrator web app, select Setup > Document Source Categories.

To access this page from the System Administration web app, select Quick Links > Document Source Categories.

  • Document Source Categories contains a list of categories that the administrator assigns to a document source.
  • A set of document source categories are delivered with the system.
  • Inactive document source categories cannot be assigned to a document source.
  • Document administrators cannot delete document source categories that are provided as delivered content.
  • Document administrators can change the tag color for any document source category. The tag color is used to display document category in documents search.
