Preboarding candidates who have accepted offers
Candidates who have accepted job offers are eligible for preboarding programs that have been configured for your organization. When a candidate accepts an offer, preboarding programs that your organization has configured for the candidate are triggered. An email notification is sent to the candidate. The email contains a link to the candidate landing page, which contains links to the preboarding transition programs. The candidate can use the links to access the preboarding programs.
When the offer is accepted, transition program due dates are calculated in the system, based on the date. As the candidate progresses through the preboarding programs, statuses are updated in the system. Statuses are displayed in multiple areas of Transition Management, so that recruiters, managers and administrators can monitor candidates collectively and individually.
Some tasks can have automatic notifications attached to them. These notifications can be used to inform candidates or administrators of next steps or provide them with other direction. When the candidate or administrator completes such a task, notifications are sent to the designated audiences.
Your system can be configured to send at-risk notifications to candidates or to administrators when tasks are immediately pending or past due.
