Viewing details about a candidate's or resource's tasks

The Tasks page shows the tasks that are associated with the instance of the transition program. You can view this information:

  • Details and requirements for each task.
  • A candidate's or resource's content and forms, including acknowledgments and signatures.
  • Websites that the candidate or resource was directed to within the transition program

You can export forms and content to PDF.

Available actions that are associated with a task depend on the task's status. Administrators with the required security permissions can add tasks or create tasks.

This table shows available actions:

Action Availability
Accept Available when the status is unassigned or when the task is assigned but the logged in user is not assigned to the task
Update Always available
Start Process Flow Available when the task is configured to use the process flow
Complete Available when the status is assigned or assigned but displayed as overdue
Cancel Available when the status is pending, unassigned, assigned, or waiting on dependency
Reopen Available when the status is complete or the status is cancelled or cancel confirmed and the transition program status is not cancelled
Confirm Cancel Available when the status is cancelled
  1. From the dashboard, select a transition program.
  2. Click All, then double-click the name of the candidate or resource.
  3. Click Tasks.
