Manually initiating the Form I-9 task in Tracker I-9 Complete

Administrators can manually create the Form I-9 task for the candidate or resource. This is useful when an issue occurs with a Form I-9 that was submitted to Tracker Corp. When you initiate a new Form I-9, it is related to the Form I-9 task in Transition Management. Therefore, a new task is not required.

  1. From the dashboard, select a transition program.
  2. Click All, then double-click the name of the candidate or resource.
  3. Click Tasks.
  4. Double-click the Form I-9 task.
  5. Select Actions > Create Form I-9.
