Completing an open task

Administrators can change the status of a task to complete on the Transition Tasks page by selecting the program, candidate or resource, and task. When a task is completed, any configured automation is triggered by the system. For example, if the task is a prerequisite, then the candidate or resource is eligible to complete subsequent tasks.

  1. Select To Do > Transition Tasks.
  2. On Open Tasks, select a task and click Complete.
