Adding tasks to transition programs
You can add tasks to programs as stand-alone tasks and as prerequisite tasks. A prerequisite task is a task that is completed before you can address another task. A stand-alone task does not have dependent tasks. When you add a task, you can specify a prerequisite task. You can also indicate that the task does not have a prerequisite. If a prerequisite task is attached to the task that you add to a program, then the prerequisite task is added to the program.
A task group or a role is assigned to a task when the task is added to the transition program. When task groups are used, administrators who are members of the assigned task group can assign the task to themselves. When roles are used, administrators who were assigned the role that is assigned to the task can assign the task to themselves.
- Assign groups to a task
- Add tasks to a transition program
Recruiters must also assign the employee to a transition program.
