Terminating Form I-9 approvers in Tracker

When a Form I-9 approver is inactivated due to termination or a change in role, Tracker Corp must inactivate the approver from its system. HR Administrators and HR Generalist roles can view the names of Form I-9 approvers who have been terminated. Use the Terminated Employee I-9 Approver Exceptions report. This report shows Form I-9 approvers that have been terminated. Use the Inactivate Form I-9 Approver action to call Tracker's Update User Account web service and inactivate the user within Tracker I-9 Complete.

  1. Select Transition Management > Reports > Terminated Employee I-9 Approver Exceptions.
  2. Select the name of the Form I-9 approver to terminate from the Tracker system.
  3. Click Inactivate Form I-9 Approver. The termination date that is set in Infor HR Talent is passed in the API.
