Using prerequisite task eligibility

If the task has a prerequisite, then you can use the same eligibility settings as the prerequisite task.

Use this procedure to apply the prerequisite tasks' eligibility groups.

  1. Select Transition Management > Setup > Tasks.
  2. Open a task.
  3. In the Details form, in the area where the prerequisite task is specified, select Use Prerequisite Task Eligibility.
  4. Click Save.
