The names of the standard forms and the instructions within the forms can be
configured. The exception is the Disability Self-Identification
form instructions, which must comply with U.S. government requirements and cannot be
changed. Customers have two options with the Veterans
Self-Identification form:
- the standard Veterans Self-Identification form
- the detailed Veterans Self-Identification form
Standard forms can be deactivated so that they are not available for transition programs, but they cannot be added or deleted. If your organization is not using a standard form, then mark it as inactive so that it is not available for selection on task setup.
For forms that required a predefined PDF, the document template is specified.
