Optimizing instructions for mobile use

If your implementation is configured for mobile use, then you can optimize instructions on transition forms. This action deletes extraneous information from the messages. This action is not required. If this action is not run, then some forms might require excessive scrolling on mobile devices.

  1. Select Administrator > Utilities > Data Maintenance.
  2. Search for term Update and run any relevant items that include Update Transition Form Instructions.
  3. To run an item, double-click it, click Run, specify an organization, and click OK.
