Limiting and showing candidates within workflow steps

With the delivered setting, only administrators and recruiters have access to candidates in configurable hiring workflow steps. Hiring managers do not have access unless the system was configured to enable hiring manager access.

Customers can limit the candidates that are shown in workflow steps or grant access to hiring manager or other roles to view candidates within specific steps. This requires these steps:

• create a condition on JobApplication
• add or update roles in a security class. This step has an additional configuration for showing the staff requisitions to the manager if using Filtered Requisition For Manager View.
