Calculating a candidate's fit with a requisition

You can calculate a candidate's fit. Percent fits are automatically calculated when a candidate is attached to a job application, and recruiters can always recalculate percent fits for candidates whose profile has changed.

From the Requisition dashboard or Workflows window, click the ellipses menu and select Calculate Fit. The action is performed, and data is updated.
