Routing candidates to specific workflow steps with eligibility groups
Administrators can use eligibility groups to route candidates to specific workflow steps.
Eligibility groups are defined by conditions. Each custom group includes only candidates who meet one or more conditions. For example, a group can include only candidates from a state or within a zip code. A group can include employees who are non-union. A group can include candidates who are applying for manager-level positions in the Human Resources division of a Montreal office who have scored well on an assessment. A group can be configured around any combination of criteria. See Custom groups.
When groups are used to route candidates to specific workflow steps, workflows are more efficient. For example, an administrator can configure a workflow to route candidates to steps based on each user's fitness for hire. Candidates who are given the status Recommended can be routed to a workflow step that continues the hiring process. Candidates who are given the status Not Recommended can be routed to a workflow step that concludes the hiring process. See Examples of workflow routing based on group eligibility.
Email notifications can be configured to be sent to candidates to help guide them through the workflow process.
