-
Specify a name for the attachment type. If you leave this field blank, the Attachment Type value is the default.
- Description
-
Specify a description for the attachment type.
- Active
-
The attachment type is active by default. Clear this check box to make the attachment type inactive. Inactive attachment types are not shown in some lists.
- Cover Letter, Resume/CV, Valid For Candidates, Valid For Requisitions
-
At the minimum, you must indicate whether the attachment type is valid for candidates or valid for requisitions. A type can be valid for both candidates and requisitions. For example, you could have an "Other" type to catch any type not specifically defined in the type list.
Typically, you will have at least one cover letter type and one resume type valid for candidates. To define a cover letter type, select the Cover Letter check box and the Valid For Candidates check box. To define a resume type, select the Resume check box and the Valid For Candidates check box.
For any other type, do not select the Cover Letter and Resume check boxes.
- Copy To Employee
- Select this option to copy the document to candidate or employee resource records when hire-related actions are performed. If the implementation uses Transition Management, then Symmetry Tax Forms, program-level attachments, and task-level attachments are copied from the candidate record to the employee resource record as well.
- Employee Attachment Type Used For Copy
- If Copy To Employee is selected, then select the attachment type from Infor HR Talent that you want to map to Talent Acquisition. Only attachment types that are set up in Infor HR Talent are available.
- Click Save.
