Recruiter offer letter editing permissions
- No editing
- Recruiters can add offer letter paragraphs to offer letters
- Recruiters can add text to offer letters
No editing rights
The system can be configured to deny recruiters editing rights. The content in the offer letter is determined entirely by the content in the offer letter template.
Ad hoc offer paragraphs
With ad hoc offer paragraphs, recruiters and recruiter administrators can add one or more offer paragraphs to an offer letter. Offer paragraphs are added to the offer letter, which is then output as a PDF. Recruiters add offer paragraphs from the offer paragraph library. The benefit of ad hoc offer paragraphs is that they can be used to add pre-defined information to a more widely used offer letter template. For example, an organization’s offer letter library includes offer paragraphs that each include information about sign-on bonuses, relocation bonus, PTO accrual, and rental cars. A recruiter can add one or more of these offer paragraphs to an offer letter.
The ad hoc paragraphs feature can be used to limit the editing permissions of recruiters and recruiter administrators who send out offer letters.
Text editing
Text editing offers recruiters the most flexibility in editing offer letters. When text editing is enabled, recruiters can add and change text in the text field.
