Integration of screening requests with third-party vendors

Infor HR Talent uses Infor Process Server processes to pass requests for assessments or background checks to third-party vendors.

Infor HR Talent delivers the process templates described in this table:

AssessmentOrder	Manages assessment package requests to the vendor and the vendor's return acknowledgment that the vendor has received the data that is required to set up the assessment.
AssessmentResult	Makes a request to the assessment vendor to return assessment results.
BackgroundCheck	Manages background check package requests to the vendor and the vendor's return acknowledgment that the vendor has received that is required to perform the requested background check services.
BackgroundReport	Makes a request to the background vendor to return background check results.

The templates follow the HRXML standard schemas for mapping and integrating data between clients and the vendors which with they have contracted. These templates must be modified to meet each vendor's own requirements. You should work with Infor Support Services to configure the processes that you will use for each client.
