Removing specific fields from position defaulting rules
In organizations that have enabled the positions and updates feature, administrators can exempt specific fields from being updated on a requisition, offer, or hire type form when a position is changed. When fields are exempted, then they are not updated when the Position field is changed, even when the positions and updates feature is enabled.
The process involves removing fields from the code.
You must create the configurations for each requisition, offer, and hire-type form from which you want to prevent specific fields from updating.
- In Rich Client, select .
- Create Configuration or open the requisition, offer, or hire type form you already have configurations on.
- Search for when value changed.
- Delete the fields that you do not want to be updated.
- Click .
