Viewing interview schedules on a job application

Members of the interview team can view the interview details in the job application record.

The interview is displayed on the calendars of the scheduler, candidate, and interview team.

  1. Sign in as a recruiter.
  2. Click Requisitions.
  3. Select a requisition.
  4. Click All.
  5. Right-click a job application and select Open Detail.
  6. Click Hiring Process.
  7. To view the full details of the interview, double-click the interview schedule record.
  8. To update or reschedule the interview, click Reschedule Interview from the More Actions > Reschedule Interview.
  9. To cancel the interview, click More Actions > Cancel Interview Invite.
