Job postings

Job postings are created with a status of Non Posted. When the requisition is fully approved and given a status of Open, the recruiter can post the job posting. This changes the status to Posting Live and candidates can apply to that posting.

To delete a Non Posted job posting, select it and click Delete. You cannot delete a job posting after it has been posted to the job board. You can only remove it from the live job board.

To manually generate a short URL for an external job posting, select the posting and then Actions > Generate Job Posting URL. The URL is stored on the posting in the Job Posting URL field. Recruiters can email the short URL to the posting to a prospective candidate without creating a candidate. After clicking the link, the candidate must register and sign in to Career Space to apply.
