The candidate pool

The Candidate Pool view displays:

(Candidate tab) All the candidates who have registered on the career site, whether they have actually applied for a job or not.
(Candidate tab) All internal candidates (employees), whether they have applied for a job or not.
(Candidate tab) Any candidates entered directly into Talent Acquisition by a recruiter.
(Pending Candidates tab) For Talemetry Add-in users only, this is the list of resumes returned by Talemetry. Note: Support for Talemetry add-in users was deprecated by Talemetry. However, those candidates may still show here.

Clicking the name of a candidate provides access to the candidate's record. Clicking the number of applications (if it exists) provides access to the job applications currently submitted or in process for the candidate.

Users can view notes regarding candidates across all requisitions for which they have applied.

Users can view candidates' resumes. See Viewing candidate resumes in Classic mode.

Note: If a resume is added to a candidate's job application or if that candidate's employment history, education history changes, the resume is not automatically updated in the candidate pool unless Profile Synchronization is enabled at the organization level.

Use the Search dialog box to locate the candidates you are interested in.
