Limiting the move to step menu list

By default, all roles can access the move-to-step function with every step in a workflow. Customers can limit the steps to which a user can move candidates.

For example, if a manager is permitted to view only some steps within a workflow, the customer might want to restrict that manager from moving a candidate to only those steps. That way, the manager would be incapable of moving a candidate to an incorrect step.

To limit the menu list to available workflow steps to which a user can move a candidate, the administrator must configure three new configurations in configuration console.

When an administrator or recruiter takes the Move To Step action on an applicant, all workflow steps are available unless the workflow is otherwise configured..

When a hiring manager takes the Move To Step action on an applicant, the workflow steps are limited to only the steps that were added to the MoveToStepAvailableSteps.
