Offer definition requests

The first step in the process is to define the offer components on the Request to Define An Offer Form. This includes selecting an offer letter template on the form.

If approvals are required, when the offer is defined and submitted, the offer is routed for approval.

When approvals are completed, the offer components populate into the candidate profile on the Offer and Contract tab.
