Profile questions

Profile questions are only for external candidates. They are displayed on all job applications as well as the candidate profile.

Profile questions are stand-alone questions. They have the same question types as question catalog questions, with the addition of the Required and Screen Out options. Profile questions are not used as online interview questions.

It is assumed that internal candidates have answered profile questions when they were hired, or during the course of their employment.
