Moving, holding, and dispositioning candidates in workflows
Recruiters can manually intervene in workflows for job applications that have the status Applied. They can select more than one candidate to advance, hold, or discontinue. If your implementation uses the SoHo 4 UX web interface, then you can drag candidates and drop them into workflow steps.
If a candidate has an incomplete application, but the recruiter wants them to advance to the next workflow step, the recruiter can apply for the candidate. To do this, select the job application, and from the More Actions menu, select Mark As Applied.
