Scheduling an interview

Recruiters can schedule an interview for a candidate individually.

  1. From the Requisition dashboard or Workflows window, click the ellipses menu and select Schedule an Interview
  2. Specify this information:
    Interview Type
    Select the interview type.

    For example, by telephone, online, onsite, and other interview types.

    Interview Date
    Specify the date of the interview.
    Interview Time
    Specify the time of the interview.
    Interview Status
    Select an interview status, such as Scheduled or Cancelled.
    Interviewer
    Select the employee to interview the candidate.
    Location
    Select the city or state of the interview if required by your organization.
    Comments
    Provide comments on the interview.
    TO
    Specify the email address of the candidate.

    Optionally, specify multiple email addresses and separate each by a comma.

    FROM
    Specify the email address from which the interview calendar invitation is sent.
    Subject
    Specify the subject line for the email.
    Start Time
    Specify the time the interview begins.
    Duration
    Specify how long the interview is scheduled in hours.
    Invite comment
    Specify the body of the interview email that is sent.
  3. Click Submit.
