Creating offer letters as a recruiter
There are several ways to create offer letters. Offer letters can be created from job
requisitions and from job applications in workflows.
- Offer letters can be based on offer letter templates. Recruiters who have permissions to edit templates can add text to template text or edit template text.
- Offer letters can include offer letter paragraphs. Recruiters who have permissions to add offer letter paragraphs can add and them and edit them. Recruiters who have permissions to create ad hoc offer paragraphs can create them and add them to offer letters.
Once an offer is defined with an offer letter template and is fully approved, if required, the recruiter can generate the final offer letter as a PDF document. Before the PDF is generated, recruiters or recruiter administrators can preview the offer letter. If the Allow Editing of Offer Letter flag is set to true or checked at the organizational level by an administrator, then the offer letters can be edited by recruiters/recruiter administrators before the PDF is created.
