The recruiter's Today view with configurable hiring workflow

The Today view shows important, at-a-glance information about requisitions.

Users select a candidate from the list to view information about requisitions that are assigned to the recruiter. Recruiter administrators can see all the information for all the recruiters. Recruiters can see only the information related to the requisitions that are assigned to them as recruiters. If recruiters select another recruiter, they can view the other recruiter's requisition information only if they are assigned to the requisition as an alternate recruiter.

• Requisition Summary

  The Requisition Summary panel shows the status of the requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to and the number of requisitions in each status.

• My Personal Notes

  This panel shows all notes that were entered within 24 hours by the selected recruiter.

  If the panel cannot display the complete list, then you can select View All to see the complete list.

  Click the + (plus) sign to add a note.

  Note: 

  Administrators can view all the notes but cannot add notes on behalf of a recruiter. Recruiters can view only their own notes.

• Interviews Today

  The Interviews Today panel shows interviews that are scheduled for today's date for requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

  Select View All to see all current and upcoming interviews scheduled for requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

• Offers

  The Offers panel shows all job applications in the Offer selection process for requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to, indicating the status of each offer. Recruiters can filter the offers by status, and they can show alerts.

  If the panel cannot display the complete list, then you can select View All to see the complete list.

  Note: 

  If your organization is configured to show an alert when a job application remains in Offer status past a specified number of days, then any offer that is not accepted within the specified number of days is shown in red.

• Offer Status

  This panel can be filtered to show offers in various statuses.

  Users can set the number of days that a candidate is in an offer status before an alert is displayed.

• Pending Requisitions

  The Pending Requisitions panel shows the pending requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

  A red alert is shown next to the Job Requisition ID if the requisition is a priority requisition.

  Select View Alternate Recruiter to view the requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to as an alternate recruiter.

• New Candidates

  This panel shows candidates that have registered over the past 24 hours for requisitions that the selected recruiter manages.

  If the complete list is not shown, then you can select View All to see the complete list.

  Click the + (plus) sign to add an external candidate.

  Note: 

  You can add an external candidate from Recruiter > Add A Candidate or from Recruiter > Candidate Pool.

• Newly Registered Candidates

  This panel shows all new candidates that have registered in the past 24 hours. The list is not specific to the recruiter that is logged in.

• New Requisitions

  This panel shows requisitions that have been created within the past seven days and that are assigned to the recruiter.

  Recruiters who manage many requisitions can quickly check for newly created requisitions.

• Aging Requisitions

  This panel shows requisitions that have been open beyond the target time to fill them..

  Recruiters can look here first to process requisitions that have been overlooked. Requisitions are not shown if they are in the status of cancelled, filled, or closed, or if they do not meet or exceed the target days requisition Is open parameter.

• Recruiting Links

  This panel shows links that are useful to recruiters. These links are configured by administrators and typically point to frequently visited third-party sites or to areas of the application like the Candidate Pool or the Requisition Dashboard..

• Recruiting News

  This panel shows links to news or other information. These links are configured by administrators and typically point to things like internal training materials, information about upcoming conferences, and blog posts.
