Overview of processing candidates with configurable hiring workflow
When configurable hiring workflow is enabled, recruiters experience a layout that is mobile-responsive and that differs from the classic layout
Recruiters and hiring managers whose organization uses configurable hiring workflow can perform tasks that facilitate the hiring process. Your organization might use one workflow or more than one workflow. A requisition can use one or more workflow. If a position has a workflow associated with it, then the system assigns the workflow.
When a candidate satisfies the requirements of a workflow step and moves to the next step, records are updated in the system, and notifications that were configured are sent to the appropriate individuals. Depending on your organization's configuration, you might receive alerts that contain information about a candidate's status or that notify you that you are required to perform an action, such as manually move a candidate to a workflow step.
Recruiters use the recruiter dashboard to monitor the status of the requisitions that they have been assigned. Recruiters can perform actions from the dashboard to process candidates
